JOT Servlets License Agreement

Licensee agrees to use JOT Servlets (the "Software") only in accordance
with the terms of this License Agreement.
|
|
|
Licensee agrees to limit installations of Software to the
number of licenses stated in Exhibit A. Licensee will not
rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or transfer Software, in whole or in part,
without the prior written permission of JOT Object Technologies. Licensee
will not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or translate Software.

Licensee acknowledges that copyright in Software (both in the United
States and in all other countries of the world; and whether pursuant to
deposit, statute, treaty, or otherwise) is claimed solely and exclusively
by JOT Object Technologies. Licensee will not in any way utilize in trade
or in commerce any trademarks or service marks of JOT Object Technologies,
whether those marks be registered or unregistered.

Licensee accepts Software strictly "as-is," and Licensee has received
no express or implied warranties (including any implied warranty of
merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose) from JOT Object
Technologies. JOT Object Technologies has not promised that Software will
achieve any particular result for Licensee. JOT Object Technologies makes
no representations that the Software API will remain unchanged in the future.

Licensee understands that violation of this Agreement or of Licensor's
copyright in Software may expose Licensee to civil and criminal penalties.
Licensee may cease to be bound by this Agreement at any time by destroying
all copies of Software. However, Licensee will remain liable for any violation
of this Agreement which Licensee may have committed prior to that time.
